Well, that’s done. There’s really no plot to speak of, the characters are tissue paper thin, I’ve used every terrible sci-fi cliche in the book, there’s absolutely zero conflict, resolution, or character development, I wasted way too many chapters on unnecessary exposition, and the protagonist wound up spending the majority of what I had planned would be a cheesy science fiction space opera type of thing working at a sandwich shop. It’s total crap, but it’s fifty thousand words worth of crap kicked out in twenty five days, so I guess that counts for something. I’m not going to link to it, because it’s complete junk, but the industrious URL sleuth can probably sniff out where I’ve left it.

Now, I’ve got some movies and video games to catch up on.
