I’m starting to dip my toes into iPhone development, and put my first little game up on the app store this week. It’s called Concentrate, it costs 99 cents, and I still find myself playing with it in my spare time instead of doing other stuff on the phone, so maybe you’ll like it, too.

This is just the first edition – it’s still fun, but it will continue to be spruced up and updated a bit as more time trickles by. This is also just the first shot fired across the bow of USS Maybe I Can Make A Living Doing This, so keep an eye out here and around the tubes for more fun little things like this.

First show is this Saturday. Rehearsal with the adds went pretty sweetly. As long as we stick to being obvious and not trying to be subtle with our junk, we’re going to kick some ass. Exciting!

Next up, starting tonight at Salvage Vanguard Theater, the folks from Shana’s narrative class are putting on Haunted, improvised ghost stories. There were concerns about the weather canceling shows, but that was a false alarm, and all spooky systems are a go. We’ll be doing this one on Saturday nights at SVT for a short run up to our final show on Halloween at the Hideout. Should be a hoot.

Today there was more chatting and less playing, but I still managed to get in part of a Fae Noir session, and got in some good zombie fleeing and fighting on a cruise liner, using the Solar System rules and a bunch of customized Keys and Secrets for that. More hanging out and game design/theory talk after, and now it’s late again. More thoroughness on what went down, later.
